USA Channels Freezing

I am experiencing especially ABC cutting out around the 8pm Eastern time frame. What is the cause of this?

the reset around that time everynight the peak usages

What time is sever reset times? So we know in advance,also helps eliminate process in troubleshooting,.if you have spectrum isp like me they have major issues n have to spend hrs to see if its server or spectrum isp.

Still having all the major stations freezing and repeating time lines. Has been more frequent last week, especially at prime time. What options do we have and what is causing the problem that iptv can't resolve?
