Hi

Some users are being unable to connect to our service due to an issue with their Internet Service providers, a solution to this issue and to prevent it to happen in the future we highly recommend that those affected users change their DNS servers either in their IPTV boxes or modems.

Best DNS servers:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 208.69.38.205

We apologize for the inconveniences and hope Internet Service providers solve the DNS problem as soon as possible.

You should make a how to video it would help customers that are new to iptv and wouldn't know how to change things like that !

Does this mean I'll have to change the DNS which I know nothing about! Or can I wait it out for the server to correct this DNS problem??

No 8.8.8.8 is evil google dns...use cloudflare 1.1.1.1 n second is 1.0.0.1. Make sure u own ur own modem n router..if u rent modem/router from isp then u will not be able to change dns.

Service is back now! I did nothing, service just came back.

No problem cloudflare dns is faster also..but u can only change this if u own ur own router/modem.if u rent this from isp u wont have option to change it,also by using default isp dns they can log n see every site u visit..dns like cloudflare keeps the snoops out..use google dns as last resort.. Quad9 dns is 9.9.9.9. Is good its ran by ibm.
