How do I install the app

Just paid for one your account I'm new to this and it left no instructions on how to install the lot the app

I am using a firestick

for fire stick I would use stb emulator pro. download stb emulator pro on your firstick. you need a Mac address and URL portal. url portal assigned to you by iptv provider. once you open stb emulator on your firstcik enter your portal and you should able able to see MAC address which looks like 00:79:1A:00:00:00. take that Mac and register on iptv provider site and you should be good to go.

I sent you a PM yesterday with my donation number to reset my Mag 254 box at your end, but had no response.
I reset iptv last night and reboot router as usual, but service is still down
