IPTV Intermittent Freezing

Hello.

We are currently experiencing random intermittent freezing on some of the live channels, our team is working hard to address this issue and get everything back to normal ASAP.

A TEMPORARY SOLUTION IS TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL UP OR DOWN AND THEN COMEBACK, IT SHOULD FIX IT.

For the freezing:
I found that if I add the buffering to my box it stops the freezing but it takes some time to load the channel or movie.
Has anyone else tried this?
