Stb blocked

I am getting the STB IS BLOCKED message on screen for a few days now. I have emailed support but still same. I was using Emulator Pro on an Android box but now have a MAG 254 and I changed the MAC address and reset but same problem. Pl help. Thx

did you set the country lock to the country you live in

I have tried both portals...same problem.

I would verify make sure Mac and portal are exactly same on your box and provider site and no error. then turn off your box. perform reset and reboot your modem and router then turn on your box and see the result.

Restart your portal URL your AVOV should work without any issue.

Yes, everything had been working fine for months and then STB Blocked. It seems to happen most often when I do not watch TV for a couple weeks.

SAME HERE! I had one box working and the other was down for more than a month. Now both boxes are down, and resets being done and still nothing.

i think it could be the mag units i heard that informur the maker of the boxes are blocking some if not all iptv just go onto the mankers web site

Hello, its true Infomir has discontinued the Mag254. I didn't see reference to blocking IPTV. Is their anything you can do to help unblock my STB ?
