I have new donation and when I put them in the routh checker I can only put some many in. For some reason can only put twelve numbers in but I have sixteen.Can someone tell what's up?

16 numbers is not your donation number it's the order number the donation number is a combination of 13 letters and numbers it's your username and password

You put the same number in both spots username and pass word and did you li k your mac address and set the country lock to the country you live in

Sorry I been off line awhile,run that password/ username by me again, because I have three donations and they all say stb blocked. Idid the link thing, lock country change mac address. Tell me about the password username where it go, I'm lost.

you said you change Mac address so make sure that Mac is same on your box and iptv provider site. after reset did you reboot your modem, router and box? if you have done all then pm moose or vtoor.
