New user need help with trial info

Hi everyone, just received the trial info, I have an Android box
need help Order No: 4409200425101658
looks like the username/password are the same
the url did not work.

did you provide them Mac address? if no mac address then you need to download m3u file using your order number and donation then use vlc player, PP...etc to play m3u file.
if you dont want to use m3u file then download kokaleka app and use your donation user name and password and it should work.
if you provided them Mac address then go to your box, use built in app and enter portal they provided you and you should be good to go.
