Having trouble getting this to work. Tried everything on the site but it keeps saying stb is blocked call the provider. Yes, i got the url (im on the 2nd server)correct and also used the mac address generator to put on my device and on this site. Still nothing...also restarted device

turn of stick. try to perform reset on your provider site by using your login or donation. once done reboot your modem and router. then turn on your stick and see the results.
