I followed all the steps exactly as shown but when I finish I get this screen, this is very new and frustrating to me as I'm used to just downloading an apk and installing it.

It says your stb is blocked, call the provider.

also perform a reset on your provider side and reboot your router and box.

Sorry I have 2 more questions, when I go into account it says my service will expire in October and when I go into settings and try to change the parental control pin I cant select anything. Is it because I'm on a fire TV device my remote doesn't let me.
