Iptv smarters

So I currently have Iptv smarters on my android box and would like to add it to my dlite. Not sure how or if you can do this since dlite does not allow apps to be added. Does anyone know how to do this or add it through portal. My provided tells me I can but I simply don’t know how. Thanks for any help

Think they was asking bout iptv app like kokaleka app. Iptv smarters was removed from store from feds but app owner won lawsuit n now back on store..hope this info was useful..
