EPG setting

I have a Dreamlink Dlite + 5G and I have a terrible problem trying to set up the EPG. I managed to set up the streaming portal which uses MAG. From the provider I got the following:

1. An https:// website where the file it is
2. An http website with parameters and in the URL is an XML file
3. Same as above with an M3U file
4. A M3U file that is on the local storage of the Dreamlink I tried my best to set it up but I have no luck. The best I got is to show "EPG Loading" but actually nothing happens even if I wait until the message disapears.

Does anybody have any ideas what to do? I can not find any device support
