Some Movies do not play

Sometimes when they update new movies on the channels 2 thru 35, some will not play. I get a purple icon with a play button symbol and a diagonal line going through it and it has another gray box at the bottom of the tv screen that says "cannot play this video". Is there a fix for this problem?

That happens because the movie has been uploaded to the epg channel list before it's been added to the server the epg channel list is maintained by a outside source
