    just hooked up a t3,I was using a mag 254 .I am receiving an error message,stating your account is blocked or expired.contact your service provider,code 7.

        Try rebooting your internet modem and the t3 aswell

          I did I have a good internet connection,I tried changing the portal to the full version also. I’m using the mytv online 2 app . Please advise

              I did update the software toV2.04 but I am not sure about the firmware version.l see buy the setup tutorial it should be V1.4.14 I need to check that
