STB blocked contact service provider code 7

STB will not connect ,message says Error your account is blocked or expired.contact your service provider code:7 Please Help , Tried iptv reset no luck.

It’s also saying my account expires on 9/7/19 .My donation was made 7/6/19 just 2 months old.

I just acquired a Dreamlink T3 and I’m gettin an error message code 7 it’s saying my account is blocked or expired .. Can I get some help ??

private message me with your donation number just click on my name and the private message option will pop dont post it on the forums i will get it reset for you asap also for the mac address use the id number 00:79: not the one that says mac address they printed the boxes wrong
