did you perform a reset on provider site?
if you already performed reset twice then I would remove the Mac address, wait around 24 hours. reboot modem and router, reattach Mac address, perform reset and you should be good to go.

yes i just did -two times still blocked? on both my units
I have a 322 and a 254 I'm going nuts with all these numbers

OK after waiting 24 hrs both mags logged on no problem mag 254 and mag 322 but now my donation for mag 322 expires in July 2020 and my Mag 254 expires in May 2020

I upgraded my internet too 750 MB/sec super fast--but everything still freezes like crazy the servers are too slow my last service NFPS worked fine for my 322 and 254 Mag
even at the lower internet speed--I can't watch anything without it freezing--asking for money back. js
I live in Canada maybe that's too far away?

well they say the service is fine and the problem is on my end BS the last site I was on had 23,000 posts for mag units and the service worked fine ,only left because I didn't like bitcoin
notice there are hardly any posts and relys in the forums most posts 600 for support--run away from here.
I just wasted $180.00 canadian do your self a favour and go some place else the service will be freezing for years until they spend the money to upgrade the servers.
and again I feel sorry for the mods who have to try and explain why the service is freezing. js

Have you used a VPN some American ISP are blocking iptv services or throttling them Back and causing the freezing and some blockages also the mag units them self's are the cause of most issues I use dreamlink products my self and never have a issue with them just saying!
