mag 323 issue with the portal

Please if anyone can help me out.I use a postal and iptv channels.Suddently after loading in settings sinistra portal i have lost the contact and loading of the portal and i get some pics changing at the second showing tv,movies,headphones,black screen and 3.8.4 version.Also i am getting the following message
'.Launcher not found in config::Fatal exeption'
Please can anybody help me to revent the portal i used to view the service?
