It was working fine, all of a sudden its stb blocked

My box was working fine on monday 26 august 2019 and from one momemt to the other it went STB Block untill today 4 sept 2019....i send noumerous of emails and nada.......Please van someone solved this problem? I have a year subcription fee and i am only in my 3rd month.

I did reset for him that day and also sent him pm that he should be good to go. also told him not to post and remove donation info quick but never heard anything back.
