did you enter your portal url into you box?

just verify your Mac and portal from your box then leave it off. pm me your donation info, Mac and let me try to reset it for you.

I don’t have any android devices. I reattached the MAC address, did a reset and still nothing. I also changed my DNS to Google, and still blocked

Hello Elcuy, I have used the same MAG254 box with other IPTV services, and it has worked just fine. after reading a large number of messages from various users, I"m starting to think that this forum along with this service is a complete fraud! They go through the motions to make you believe that they are working on your problem, until you eventually just give up and move on, and since you are only out $60 for one donation, they hope you just forget about it, and don't bother trying to get your money back. Besides you have no recourse, if you try anyway. Oh well, live and learn. The old cliche is still true, you get what you pay for.
