good afternoon i have 3 new donation follow all instructions,plus read a lot of post but my nag 254 still block any help would be appreciate.thank you

try this.
write down your Macs and portal infos somewhere to match/ verify @ provider site.
turn off your box.
reboot your box and modem.
go to provider site and verify Mac and url.
remove Mac address and perform reset.
now add your Mac again and perform another reset.
turn on your box and see the result.

Thank you, Ryu But try and did what you said but remove mac address and try the reset but it said error can not reset this mac more than 2x a day
plus can not update mac more than 2x now it said mac address 000000000 at provider site and won"t let me put mac address back

ok cool. just leave it like this for at least 24hrs from now. then you will be able to reattach. once reattached just hit reset while boxes are off then turn on boxes and se the result.
if you want me to take a quick look then just pm me your info with Mac and let me see if I can do it for you.
