STB is still blocked after reset.

I have two mags 250 devices. Both of them say STB is blocked. Mac addresses are correct. I have already done resets on both but I am still receiving the same message: STB is Blocked. Please advise!

try to reboot your modem and router first. then perform a reset and check results.

Despite PM my donation to you and Ryu, my Mag 254 IPTV service is still down now for a week.
I tried reset as recommended on this forum, but to no avail.

It seems as other posts suggest that new donations are also affected.

I am about to renew my subscription (expiring in 2 days) but uncertain about reliable service.

Are you having server problems ?

When can we have these recurring "STB blocked"
issues rectified.?

FYI, kokaleka apk also stopped working 3 days ago.

I would toss the mag unit In the garbage it's the issue get a dreamlink all your problems would stop this is just my opinion though also the app is controlled by the developers try to private message vtoor with your donation number and let him know your been down for a while and you need help asap

I took your advice and discard the Mag 254.
Trying to connect my Dreamlink T2, but keep getting message "account is blocked or expired".
I changed mac address, iptv reset, server and router but same problem.
I want to renew my subscription expiring tomorrow, but uncertain of reliable service for the Dreamlink T2.

make sure Mac address starts with 00:1A:79.... might be tabled as ID.
