STB Blocked - every month

Good evening all,
My Mag254 subscription times out every month. In the menu options in the device it shows it expires every month despite the fact that I have 118 days left on the subscription (confirmed via donation checker). Every month it stops for a few days, and then magically starts again.

Is anyone else having this issue? I usually reset the MAC address, and unit itself... but it doesn't work.

Me personally I would get rid of the mag unit and get a dreamlink the timer is built into their software it's not the service

yes I would buy dreamlink or buzz box

I have a buzz receiver and a dreamlink and mine does the same thing every month. I pay for a year and it looks like they only give us a month prescription. thank you

Happened to me as well
