STB Blocked here as well

I grabbed a donation number for my mag 254 as well and although when I checked donation lots of time left but MAC address was altered by the server? never seen this before, re entered the correct Mac but still blocked did a reset etc can a Mod please contact me so I can provide you my info to check this for me please..........

I am experiencing the same issue. I recently renew subscription and received new donation number. I verified that all information was correct and updated the MAC address and completed various resets and have not had success. I need assistance with this please as time continued to pass and we continue to get error message stating “Your STB is blocked. Call the provider”.

I have the STB BLOCKED and I sent some emails but no response. Anyone that tell me what number you put on the donation number in the donation checker.

you enter your email address and your donation number then you must link your mac address in order for the service to work
