Replaced Mag with a buzz box Need Help

Hi replaced Mag with Buzz 4K changed Mac etc STB Blocked or not activated. Could someone please check my donation number and reset from your end please.

Hey Moose, still getting subscription expired or not activated error......so I bought a new box all info on box is correct and corresponds with donation page tried iptv reset, you have rest it what logicly is next ......

Just to be clear, the server id # is the one you need, not the Mac address. Go to server settings, the top corner has server id #, that is the one that needs to be linked.

hey jigsaw, so whats the difference between service id and mac and why have both this is confusing and the first time I have encountered this.Thanks for your time and knowledge.

i think the service id is if there is a problem with the device and its under warranty so they can look it up and see when and where it was made i could be wrong !! the mac address is what you use to connect to services

moose With the buzz 4000, the server id number is the number that starts with 00 1a 79 which is what you need to connect? Right? It is different than other boxes. The Mac does not start with 00 1a 79, the server id does.
