STB Blocked Need Help

I Just enrolled for 4 subscriptions for IPTV and on the first setup i'm getting a STB blocked message. I've locked my location and entered the MAC address and used the recommended portals on the MAG 254. Help Plz

turn off your box, perform reset on iptv provider then reboot your modem and router then turn on your box and see the results

Hello, I'm still having issues with my STB is blocked. No reply from provider. MAC address is linked. The system was running fine for weeks and then its blocked. Can you please help me?
