no authentication page !!

Iam using mag250 ,device says its connected to internet ,in portal 1 url I put full version http://s2.iksnumbers.info/c/index.html ,even tried different box and no channels at all.Many times contacted support and still NO HELP!!!!

Do I need to put something in portal 1 name or leave it blank ???

yes I did linked the mac address I even check this donation on different boxes and apps still no work! so I am pretty sure this must be provider error.PLEASE solve this or issue another donation for me.
