  • Problems with the service

    Hi, live channels are fine, what is not working for me is the TV on demand, when I go to VideoClub->Movies and I open one it never loads.
    Also, I can't find the channel "The CW", is it available?
    And can I enable close captions for the channels?

    Please let me know those 3 questions, thanks

    they just changed over the servers vod will be back up asap

      Ok, thank you for your answer, any ETA on the VOD? I also tried to change my portal URL but the button is not working, doesn't do anything when I click on it. Also, what about my other 2 questions please? About the CW channel and the close captions. Thanks

        I have a friend with this same portal and VOD is fine for him, is this affecting just a few people?

            No of course not, he was the one who recommended me this provider, but since I enabled it no VOD for me

                    Yes but VOD is not, any estimate on when that will be working? And why I can't restart my portal URL? That button doesn't work

                      I am using the Mag254 the VOD section is working fine.

                        Yes, like I said before, I have a friend who the VOD is working for him, but not for me, I believe it is something on my account, not sure where is the right place to get support on my account since from the email they sent me here..
