make sure you have Mac attached and everything is entered correct. turn off your box then go to provider site and perform reset and reboot your modem and router. now turn on your box you should be good to go.

Thank you Ryu for your quick reply. I should have been more specific. I have a mag 322. It happened to me before and the only way to reset, it had to be done by the staff of iptvnumbers. The last time moose referred my request to the maintenance department at iptvnumbers. They did what they called a maintenance. I was up 5minutes after I received the instruction.
You suggested to go to provider site. How do I get to them?

quick suggestion. sometimes tiny error cause big issues. make sure your credential and Mac address is correct and typed and assigned correctly.

On the donation checker my actual Mac address is wrong. I send the correct address for my Mag 4 days ago but no reply as of yet. I replied to the device people right away as soon as a question was asked. I have been ad this for some time, so I am aware how critical it is to input the right info
