Indeed its shit n annoying..but usa govt is too busy overseas to fix our own infrastructure.$65 monthly for maybe 35 mbps..when they say we get 300 mbps which is lie

every 30 mins 300 to 35 Mbps means something wrong with their system or may besomethign wrong inside of your house. if happens everyday then definitely its in your house or your devices.

By law isp cant trottle your download speeds-aka speed u get from isp..but isp like spectrum can legally trottle ur upload speeds-aka speed of packets u send back to isp.its stupid loophole they use to rip off usa customers..

switch provider may be that will help or just compliant to consumer department about spectrum if you are sure they are throttling your speed.

One provider only in many areas of usa.also u cant investigate or sue isp in usa, bush jr n obama passed that law..maybe 5g will fix internet issues down the road

Are you running a router and are you using it wired or wireless just asking google your make of modem and see if you can access the settings and see if your ports or opened and see if any thing is being blocked or limited

I dont use wireless..wireless=latency=lag..im all wired..ports all open unrestricted..upload issue coming from pole..spectrum isp will prob go bankrupt soon.i have to move to modern area with fiber lol..isp rip us usa ppl off n we cant do anything bout it
