make sure your your make and new portal same in your box and your provider site. if yes then reset from your provider site and reboot your modem, router and your box.

My iptv is saying that portal is blocked or has expired... i dont know if my kids did something or just like that... it never happend before... pls help

go to your provider site and enter your donation number and order id and perform reset.
