Stb Blocked since 2 weeks ago

Two weeks with same problem. I reset everything several times, following the post step by step but nothing: all three stbs with the same 'Stb Blocked' message.
I wrote via email with no solution neither follow up. Any useful suggestion?

make sure your Mac is correct or portal u r using is typed correct

mag 254, mag 256 and an android M8S Pro L

All three MAC # all correct. The portal is correctly written. In fact, since it was written the first time in the donation portal a few months ago nothing has changed, and before it worked.

Nothing. Btw, yesterday I did another reset from the portal and another reset to modem, router and stb with no results.
