Channels not working

In the past week, including today, FETV, UPTV, AUDIENCE NETWORK, are not working, and all 24/7 Channels buffer for a few seconds about every 30 seconds. Any suggestions?

whats your setup? what device are you using? did you reboot your devices? more info would be better.

Yeah if this is what you get after maintenance better off without it can't watch western channel keeps scrambling then direct tv symbol check your connection really getting me so freaking irritated!!!
