Disabling and Enabling of Donation numbers

Hello guys,

After removing the mac address attached to donation numbers,please inform me as to what happens when a previous customer who has cancelled his service but still has the donation number.On our end we would attempt to make the account inactive and active for another customer...It is my understanding that the previous customer will get access to Tv as well as the new Client or it will cause a conflict...Please advise on this situation.

note: we are using our own app
