How long takes for a donation to be assingned

My uncle and I paid 3 days ago for one year donation but we never get our info for the server or even a email requesting mac address, can someone inform please.
is something going on with iotvnumbers that we not aware?

Hello everyone!! I just got my donation number but I need a little help setting up the service. I added the server address they sent me to my tv box and then I went to the donation page and put it my MAC address into the field. When I tried putting the short version of the link all I see is a black screen and if I put the full link it gives me "STB blocked call your provider". I did a reset to my tv box and router and I'm getting the same thing. Does anyone know how to get it working??

what kind of box you are using? make sure Mac and url is correct.

I’m using an android box. I checked the url and it seems to be correct as well as the MAC address but I’ll give it another look.

Update: I keep having the same (above) problem. All I see is black screen or STB is blocked. I checked both, the url and mac address, and they are correct. I used a mac starting with 00:1A:79 and nothing happens. What can the problem be if I'm using a t95z plus android box and using MAG 250. Or can I use a playlist instead of stb emulator app? and will it work the same?

Miguel, lets do this. remove the Mac address from your donation and hit reset. don't make changes on your mag box and leave it off for atlas 48 hrs. then go ahead and download kokaleka aap from below link and installed into your t95z plus box. open up kokaleka aap and for both username and password use your donation and watch tv for next 2 days. after 48 hrs reattach your Mac address and hit reset. then go ahead and check your mag and you should be good to go.
