Hey yes, I have Mag322w1I already regifted with the donation, I updated the portal in settings... still no service

did you assign your Mac address from your mag to iptv provider site? if no then assign the Mac then hit reset button and try on your box.
make sure your mac adress and portal match on your box and iptv site. no type errors.
