Stb block?! New on setting up donations need help!!

I am new on setting up my donations. I looked at a couple YouTube videos but every time I reboot the device I get an error message saying my stb is block. What I’m I doing wrong?

Did you link the mac address and set the country lock

Restart your portal URL and try to get the services again.

I am having same issue was just given the free trial but get error saying stb blocked

did you verify your Mac address or portal settings are correct? did you use full portal?
