Someone please help! I've updated my MAC ID and re entered the portal URL and still not working. Ive done everything i read so far.. thanks in advance (BTW I HAVE THE MAG 322w1)

did you set the country lock to the country you live in

also, make sure Mac and portal is correct in box as well on provider site. turn off your box, restart you modem and router. then reset on provider site and turn on your box and you should be good to go.
