Mag324w2 set portal and url help pls

I have a mag 324 W-2 how do I get the URL portal name to set up my service I signed up for the free trial but I have not received anything as far as a URL or portal name

MAC address should be like this 00:1A:79:.....
did you give them this Mac address when you signed up for trial?
if not then next time send them Mac address for trial.

No I singed up for the service and now my stb is blocked

so login to above link. and register your Mac address there. make sure your url is same. copy that url on to your box. once done you should be good to go.

OK I think I’m getting closer now I have a screen that says related links that says contact phone number contact phone contact number reverse look up phone number writing search phone number I can’t get off the screen can somebody please direct me in the right direction on what to do from here
