Issue with my other Donation

Hello,

I renewed 2 donations, 1 on March 25,2020 and 1 on April 7. Ya'll inactive 1 donation and active 1 donation. I've been emailing you guys to fix my other box but till this day no result. I paid a total of $120 for the 2 donations but only have 1 working. I paid through Paypal, so I have proof. I didn't have this issue last year.
