  • device has been 3 days without service

    I have a device without service and its been like that for 3 days because my dashboard doesnt have a code assigned to it, the only thing it tells me is "In Process (Generate Donation), please i need help with an admin or something with this issue.

                        I can not generate new code but you can on your end. you have access to panel so if you want you can generate or just wait.

                            i only can see the deactivate option, , so is activated, the code is 1 but if you look into my panel appears the message In Process (Generate Donation)
