stb is blocked

Hi ladies and gents I'm stumped right now.I'm running a mag254 with no problems right now but I have a new mag322 that gives me the message stb blocked.When I checked the settings everything is the same as my mag254 except portal and mac address.I tried about 50 reboots both on the remote and also on receiver itself.I checked and rechecked portal mac address everything good.Anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy my problem.
