Premium Channels freezing again, Starz channels Mostly Showtime channels also video keeps going off!!! What’s up??

I did a speed test my download speed was 25.8 my upload speed was 11 mbps so don’t think that is the problem!! -

#1 Some USA Channels Freezing

Hi,
We are experiencing connection problems with some of the USA channels including but not limited to the premium movies channels. Our team is working hard to get everything back to normal.
