Can anyone suggest why some movies freeze while others do not in Movie Club(VODs)? ...I need to satisfy customers who become frustrated with this.

Sorry but Mulan on Netflix worked smooth....other means was horrible...
not the X96 and certainly not the bandwidth
Your quality is excellent but day in and day out you seem to be experiencing the same issues. On this forum, I have seen people complain about freezing with 750Mbps with a dreamlink device versus other services they use.
I understand you are saving image but get the job done ...you cannot tell the customers they complain too much because they are actual issues across this forum.
No longer is it a box issue...Mulan was horrible while others play smoothly
I hope you put the petty issues aside and get the real issues resolved in the name of biz
