I get an error when I try to log on, I am new to this and this is my first time. I have a dreamlink t2 prime. I entered the full portal address and password given to me in the email. What do I need to try next?

i just sent you the link click on it fill out the info then it will take you to another page enter you mac address where it says it then set the country lock to the country where you live your mac address is on the bottom of your dreamlink

Is the order # the same as the donation #? If not where can I find my donation #?

Okay I found my number. I will try to enter my mac.

oh did they send you a email with server info looks like http://iptv6.iksnumbers.info and your donation number should be a combo of 13 numbers and letters

ok and the same number is used for the password and username

I set the mac address and country now. When setting up my portal is a login required?

ok did you install the d.o.l app in the market on your device and have you updated the dreamlink to the latest firmware ?? also in the first line where you entered the server info put iptv 2nd line put after the http:// put your server info put a check in the little box then put your donation number where it says username and then put the same number where it says password then hit connect
