15 of my 60 Donations Blocked over 2 days

This situation has caused me to terminate all my plans to buy more donations moving forward....Kindly renew and reset my donations

Can someone respond urgently to renew and reset these donations ????? 15 is too many for crying out loud...that is 25% of my donations...Imagine if I had 1000 donation ...that would be at least 250 donations blocked ....Should I continue to purchase more donations knowing that this is a monthly issue???

why is your support service sending me emails of work that were already completed?... This adds to the frustration in a huge way.I need them to resolve the 15 donations now!!!!.... I have received threats of cancellation.....
