Stb blocked

My stb mag it's been blocked for 5 days now and the server is unresponsive and the contact page is up and down. Also, there are no outages reported on this help site.

My devices are still connected I will ask for another reset asap

Thanks moose I appreciate any help. 5 days with no service. I have a mag box, I've been a client for a few years now and I have never experience this. Also the server's site to change portal option does not work when you click on it, only the reset option seems to work.

moose any luck contacting the server? I can't get through the contact page is not working. This really sucks.
