Unable to pay for new donation

I have been with the side for over two years. In the past I had no problems renewing my donations. This year I am unable to renew my donations using the format outlined. I get as far as we have sent a conformation code. As soon as I click on my inbox I loose my previous input. Please let me use, either paypal or credit card. I am very happy with the site and want to be part of the side in the future.
Please advice, and don't refer me to your, how to pay with bitcon. Thank you Opa
