I have been blocked Thanksgiving morning Three day's now and still no responce or help to unblock. The service is not the best around here I guess they all went on vacation or just don't give a shit about the people that have their service.

I am terrified of renewing the service with this company I have more than 10 clients and they are disappointed with the customer service, if someone knows of another supplier they can let me know, I will appreciate them.
