Trying to start up with new donation reboot and got stb blocked need some help please.

trying to set up new donation but I get account not activated

Did you link the mac address and what device are you using

I can't link the mac Address, I am using IPTV on my TV and also using Buzztv 4500 it doesn't work on either one I have two donations

I assume the buzz tv has a mac address and you also have to set the country lock to the country you live in

When I go to the Donation Checker, and enter the order number I can only enter 13 numbers and it comes back as invalid the order number has 16 numbers, is there another way to register the MAC?

your donation number is only 13 number letter combo its not the order number

I see where can I find the donation number I only have the order number

The donation numbers will show up keep a eye on your spam or junk mail box it sometimes shows up there

I wanted to chance my MAC address to default 00:00:00:00:00:00 but it won't let me, I tried to leave it blank and also change to zeros but is not working, can you please help me? I want to use MU3 instead of the MAC
