NO response from support team at all !!!!

I bought service week ago and from that point I am sending emails to support team to solve not working donation.no response at all!! total crap.BY the way I linked mac adress and set up my mag 254 well as before with full portal info.PLEASE HELP me solve this issue.

Just received email from support guy saying that he got it solved by making some maintanance but when I try to click some tv channels I get only black screen!!!!All info is in place from my site it must be from the server site.PLEASE HELP
