How can I remove the parental control using stb emulator on Amazon fire tv? Every time I get to the screen to do it I can't choose anything with my remote.

I appreciate the reply but that's not it, I mean when I'm using the stb emulator and get to the adult section it has a pin that I cant enter or even access and I think it's because I'm using my fire TV remote, is there some other way to do this?Comment

it could be because of fire tv remote. may be you can download team viewer on your fire tv, remotely control fire tv via team viewer through your pc. then enter password from your pc. hope this will help.
